Any military recruiter wanna help a army prior service in getting back in; sep artical 5-17, re code 3?

got out because of family issues and i was misslead i could get back in ect. but realy i didnt know my rights and i could of been sent home and taken care of the issue or been transfered to a closer base. i went to the army shorty after i got out ,they said there is a 2 year waiting period (which is up 21/july/11) but who knows. i tried national guard they told me they are not excepting waviers. marines said they couldnt help me. idk what to do its the only job i truely love and feel pride in. im considering writing long letters to the "top" please help
