Does history of lot of arrears matter to get a job in TCS company?

I'm doing B.E. final year.I had 12 arrears till my last semester and I have cleared all those now.I got 86% in 10th and 70% in 12th.Am I eligible for getting a job in tcs?.Does tcs allow candidates with history of arrears?.please tell me an answer...pls help me for my future...
