Falsely being accused of domestic violence?
It IS very difficult to get the legal system to side with the non custodial parent. I;d make as much legal trouble for the ex as a I could and make it continuous if you have grounds. Make her keep paying lawyers. The thing is when your kid is a teen, if You have any relationship with her and she likes you and hates her mom, she and you could request a change of custody arrangement. Then you could also go after your ex for child support payments. Sorry, but they are in no hurry to help you see a pre K graduation. I had similar stories with my ex. Do interesting things after work, like go to discussion groups, volunteer for a needy cause, etc. Fill up like with meaningful stuff to teach the kid what life is supposed to be. YOur ex is guilty iPF something called Parental Alienation. Research it. It is now a recognized form of child abuse. You, with a good attorney and witnesses and chronology and stories, might be ab e to reverse custody earlier if you can document it enough.
