I Can't login into my youtube account no matter what!?

Ok...I made an account on Sep 20, 2009 for youtube and i sign into it using a regular user name and password.But i got hacked from it during that year and the hacker used the account to hack people.Soon the hacker closed the account and i brought it back yesterday.Now I can't sign into it at all no matter how many times i change the password to it!!!And i know it's the correct email and all because i checked it!Did the hacker get it banned to where no-one can log into it or what?!HELP!!!
