NCLEX advice please...?

I will be taking the California NCLEX in about a month from now. I passed my Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination back in June 2009. I've been having a hard time trying to apply for NCLEX, that's why it took me this long to finally get my ATT. After scanning through the 2011 NCLEX Examination Candidate Bulletin (haven't had the time to read through yet due to work & studying), my anxiety levels have increased. I have no problems at all with multiple choice questions, but I'm getting worried about the other possible test types. I don't want to wait any longer to take this test, so if anyone can give me some advice I'd really appreciate it.
