URGENT. Am I a candidate for breast reduction?

I am 14 years old. Last year I was a b cup. January of this year I was a c and in march I was a dd. I have a lot of back, neck and shoulder pain. I get a d in pe because it's hard to participate. I'm only 5' and I weigh 130. Is breast reduction a good idea?
