Why are health Fundy's and nutritionists seldom a good example of their preachings?

If I lister to them, or read their rhetoric, and I compare that to their appearances, I am more inclined to avoid their so-called health products. Then they use pretty models, who has never touched their products, to advertise same. Is it just a money-making racket?
