GENSET (GENERATOR) CUTTING OUT.?
If you're pulling 130 amps, then you are overloading that genset. I included a sight that has the formulas to prove what I'm saying. If you do get it to run it, it will probably overheat. As far as when it keeps running, how are you shutting it down when it does? This would tell you directly what the problem was. On diesel engines, they shut down with shutting fuel down. The only reason it would not shut down with shutting off the fuel actuator (as it should automatically be doing when you shut the switch off) would be if it was burning the oil to continue to run (dieseling).
