I am planning to make trip NYC,Washington D.C.,Niagra falls ,etc..?

Want to make trip plan to cover NYC,Washington D.C. , Niagra falls, Atlantic City,NJ in the coming September long weekend.Want to start on 31st Aug and return back on 5th Sep.Please give me a trip plan what to visit and what not and also I want to spend one time flight fare.
