Gran Turismo 5 dealers missing?

I have Gran Turismo 5, and looking in the dealership, there are a lot of dealers that are supposed to be there, but aren't actually there. For instance, Chrysler is missing, as is Bugatti, Holden and Lister, yet they are listed on the official Gran Turismo list...anyone know whats going on?
